Machine vision calibration pattern
The calibration pattern of Hualang 3D machine vision is to obtain the geometric model of the camera by shooting the flat plate with fixed-pitch pattern array and calculatingthe calibration algorithm, so as to obtain the high-precision measurement and reconstruction results, and the flat plate with fixed-pitch pattern array.
Each pattern has undergone rigorous flatness calibration and target pattern calibration board. The automatic calibration method greatly increases the calibration accuracy of the three-dimensional scanner, and ensures the calibration accuracy of the three-dimensional scanner. The positioning accuracy is as high as 0.001 mm.
